A hobby is an amusement. It is an anything we like doing that is not our regular work. What is a business to one may be a hobby to another. For example, gardening is a paid gardener’s work; but to a clerk, gardening mar be a hobby. There are many kinds of hobbies. Many make collecting things a hobby. Some collect foreign stamps; some collect coins; others collect pictures or books. Other hobbies are games, such as golf, tennis, cricket, chess, Cards. Others are some form of sport, such as hunting, fishing, or boating. Photography is an interesting hobby. So is gardening. It is a good thing to have a hobby of some sort. A hobby will keep a boy amused in his holidays. It many keep him out of mischief, too. Our hobby, too will gives us something to be in old age. It is something to fall back on when our working days are over.
